We would recommend Ben to anyone. We arranged for him to come over at short notice on the day we settled on our new property as we wanted to have new locks fitted that same day. He was punctual, friendly, offered helpful suggestions, got stuck into his work, tidied up and it was all just smooth sailing. We especially appreciated that he did a couple of additional tasks that were necessary that took him longer than expected but without any fuss. Thanks Ben!

This is the second time that I have needed to call Ben - and once again he has been fantastic. He responded within 15mins to my shout out on a Sunday - and then squeezed me in the next day at 930pm to fit in with my schedule - what more can I say - Ben is the best - call him!!!

Ben was responsive and punctual, he showed up when he said he would and did a great job re-keying x2 locks and replacing a latch as well. Highly recommended, Ben was professional and courteous. I would call on him again the next time I need work done! :) Five stars all round.

I have used Ben and his team for a number of years now for various jobs including installing back gate stainless steel locks with keypad and other external door locks with keypads, where they have had to install extra pieces of timber to the door. They are always prompt, reliable, professional and friendly. They have provided very good advice about what products are best and have even come back to check on a lock which we thought wasn’t working properly, but it turned out to be a problem with the door.I highly recommend them as they always put the customer first.They also know a lot about latest technology locks and security which means you are in safe hands choosing them as your locksmith. Good value and great service. Don’t hesitate.

Ben was great. Called him up at 4.30am and he was ready - jumped in his car and came straight to us. Hopefully we do not lock ourselves out, however if we do Ben is the guy we will call. Just so professional. Thank you.
