Ian arrived on time with all materials to change the door knob sets of our exterior doors with door lever sets for easier use by arthritic hands: he also keyed alike the new sets with the security screen doors so that one key opened both back and front doors and their security screen doors. He was polite, efficient and competent, and very price competitive. If and/or when I again need the services of a locksmith, Ian will be my first choice.

When I locked myself out of my place on the weekend I thought I would have to wait at least an hour, but Ian arrived in 15 minutes. He was highly professional, checking my ID before getting my door open which only took a minute. He made me retrieve my set of keys from inside so that he could check that they still work properly with the door. Will certainly contact him again if I get locked out in the future.
