I had an excellent experience with Andrew. He arrived much earlier than the advised time, and he was incredibly efficient, patient, and genuinely polite throughout the whole process. I’d been locked out and so I asked if I could have keys cut that afternoon as well, which was late on a Friday. He was so accommodating with my request and he even provided me with two keys. The service was quick, professional, and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

We got locked out of our apartment after hours and were stressing, but Andrew showed up right on time and got us back in quickly. He was super professional, friendly, and honestly went out of his way to help us even though it was after hours. You could tell he genuinely cared about helping, not just rushing the job. On top of that, his pricing was very reasonable, especially for an after-hours call-out. If you ever get locked out, don’t even think twice—call Andrew from Advance Locksmith. Andrew was super responsive, attentive and quick to help when I locked myself out of my Apartment in Turner, ACT. I really appreciate how great his service was, along with a very reasonable price given it was an 11pm call out. Andrew took my call at 10.20pm and less than 40 minutes later I’m back safe and warm in my Apartment.
