We got James to update/repair an entire old house for rental and have been impressed with his efficiency and professionalism. He was easily contactable from day one and provided quick responses to our queries. Work commenced as promised and was completed on time even this close to the holiday season. When occasional unexpected issues arose with the property he was prompt in getting our feedback and gave us practical solutions to all problems. A very genuine and honest tradesman.

I found James to be approachable, friendly and flexible. He quoted promptly and arranged the eaves and finial repair/replacement work and associated painting to fit in with my tight schedule. Before he started his work a problem occurred when the roof cleaning performed by another contractor showed that the ridge capping was all loose. Although he was going on leave that day James kindly arranged a recapping quotation and for the recapping to be completed before he came back from leave so that he could start on my work as originally planned. Great service.

We have a brand new house and James was amazing when we've asked him to do a number of different things. He worked with us to create the best outcome both our front and back yards look better than we imagined. James is friendly, hard working and it shows in his work.
