A huge thank you to Premier Constructed for rescuing us from a shoddy job done by another landscaping company. The advice and patience provided by Tom has been amazing. Every step of the process was clearly explained and all costs were fully disclosed before the contract was started. All trades persons were fully exceptional, friendly and provided genuine interest and advice for our job. They all treated our home as their own! We are very happy with the outcome considering Premier Constructed took over a mess of a job. We're happy to recommend Premier Constructed and would never look elsewhere for our next landscaping project.

The team at Premier Constructed are hands down the most reliable and responsive company I have ever worked with. We live overseas and needed a trustworthy and reliable company to partner with for our landscaping needs on our new build in Perth, the team at Premier Constructed exceeded our expectations. Going above and beyond to help us out, no matter how big or small our queries. We are absolutely delighted with the end result and would definitely use them again! If you want professionalism with fantastic customer care, this is your guy.

Tom has made our pool area come to life! Choosing a natural stone for the paving around our pool area was a big choice for my wife and I, we wanted our investment to be a show case for our backyard. Tom was the best person for this job! When we had fallen in love with the Garonne Natural stone, we did not realise it needed such specialised treatment to ensure its longevity. Tom explained the correct process for this stone to be laid and last a life time. Tom had a concrete base poured to the exact area the stone was to be laid which will ensure a solid fix for the stone to be fixed to. The challenge being that the rebates into the pool are 30mm and the stone everywhere else is 20mm. This meant the concrete had to be poured so the final stone level ended up being the same with two different thickness pieces of stone. The others benefits of this are that the stone won't move over time and ants can not get through and make little hills everywhere. Before the stones were laid they were all individually dip sealed so they have the best seal you can ask for. The pool has a built in spa area which needed a complete custom manufacture of double rebates which had Tom spending a good portion of the day in the pool to get the perfect template (this was done in July, the pool was freezing). Without the knowledge and respect of natural stone that Tom has, the area would not have come up nearly as good as it has. I highly recommend Premiere Constructed if you want a job that you know is the best of the best.

Tom was fantastic to work with, taking on board all of our design ideas and making our backyard something functional but beautiful. We were so impressed with his original design that we made very few adjustments and have basically rolled with the first design iteration. Tom was also very courteous, always giving us the heads up when his tradespeople were due to turn up, knowing how hard it is to do anything with small children and a small business! Even when we had a mishap with our perfect new concrete (thanks to our dogs!)Tom was cool and calm and made a huge effort to get it back to spotless. We have had nothing but compliments on our beautiful new space, and we are only half way there!

Extremely Happy; both with the process AND the result! From the first time I met Tom when I was walking past another job he was working on and explained I just wanted to get some fencing sorted, to meeting him on site at our place I have been extremely happy and filled with confidence. Tom and everyone at Premier Constructed have the ability to start and finish our landscaping project and have delivered us something that we have been wanting for such a long time but lacked the vision, expertise and time to fully implement it. It has been such a relief to speak to someone who was able to take away the things that were important to us and deliver us options and (more importantly) discuss the long term options for maintenance and durability so we would still be happy with our landscaping well into the future. What started as a fencing job and possible re-planting for a water wise, easy care modern front yard became a complete makeover, front and back and we couldn't be happier. Tom provided all the contractors, electricians, plumbers, retic, painting and all perfectly planned to fit into our timing, budget and family circumstances. Everyone that works with Tom were polite, very quick and efficient, on time and a pleasure to deal with. Bianca and Tom are a remarkable team and I would recommend them to anyone that needs a landscaping job, big or small - they have delivered an amazing result and our whole family are so happy (including our dogs!).
