I had a problem with one station of my retic not switching off when the others were running. Called Mr. Retic on Monday and Dave made a special effort to come and sort it out the following day despite me being outside his area of operation. Dave is very professional and efficient with a pleasant disposition. It has been a pleasure to deal with him. His prices are also extremely competitive. I have already referred him to two other people and would definitely use him again.

David runs an excellent business. I called him up after discovering a low level leak at our new home. As a complete novice (new to Australia) David walked me though the whole system and discussed possible future upgrades and tips and tricks. The leak turned out to be more complex than expected but was quickly solved. He is incredibly personable (talks as fast as he works! :-) ), very professional, extremely knowledgeable and very very good value. I highly recommend.
