Think Big Landscaping

Liam and his crew need to be completed on a job completed at my home today. Think Big landscaping has provided a service second to none. He was not my first port of call, I was looking for someone to complete two retaining walls at the front boundary to both side of my neighbours. Two other landscapers have been contacted both of them before Xmas 2025. One DID NOT return a quote to date and the other said he would send a quote in mid January 2026. In February 2026 after numerous calls to the January 2026 landscaping company they replied unable to do the job. As a Director I definitely pride myself with someone that shows promptness. Liam returned my email information within 24 hours and he booked a time for him to come out. Unfortunately the time he suggested was not suitable for me and I asked him by email if he can come out at the time that I was available. Liam came on time. He looked at the job and measured the job up. I could tell that he had a very great knowledge in landscaping. He was very good communicating with me, and he understood exactly what I wanted. Liam explained that the job would take 3 to 4 days to complete and he was going to send a quote that afternoon. I cannot believe that he was so prompt. Quote received by email that night. I accepted the quote that same night, not due to cost but for Liam being friendly, sincere, honest and trustworthy. He assured me he would come this week and he did. Service excellence was shown by this company. I can recommend Think Big landscaping, Liam was so meticulous that after one section of the landscaping was completed, which looked fine to me, he had removed it and had it replaced it because “. It didn’t look correct. “ I cannot believe the whole site was cleaned up before they left. Site left as if they had never been. Cosi Director of Cavbiz.

Liam and his crew where great at what they did to my front yard. It was an absolute mess which was done by so called "LANDSCAPER".Liam had a lot of challenges but he always remained calm and always kept me up to date with what he was doing.You can see by the before and after photos they have made my house now look like a jewel.
