They removed my old santa anna lawn and soil and replaced it with new soil with Tiftuf lawn and sprinkler system they did an amazing job they won't let you down they left my place clean and tidy

At the beginning of the Covid pandemic, when borders were closing, my husband was to be locked down in WA, and I consequently spent about the same amount of time in the NT. When I returned for a short period, after 8 months, I realised the garden and maintenance of the house desperately needed attention. I found Jesse of Select Property Services and engaged him to help me with the odd jobs and bringing the garden back to a manageable state. From the very start, communication with Jesse was very easy and his rates were comparable. I contracted Jesse to return every 4 weeks. He and Johnny would arrive as scheduled, ready to attack what work needed to be done. I was able to return to the NT, knowing Jesse would continue to maintain the property and repair what was needed, unsupervised. He would contact me in regards to what he thought needed to be done and I, in turn, could message him with the same. Toward the end of the year, we decided to sell the property and Jesse was extremely helpful in preparing the garden and house for sale and remove unwanted items and rubbish. He offered constructive advice and recommendations, always acting professionally. Select Property Service also offered us removal work and were able to hire a small truck to uplift and transport all our potted plants and some garden furniture, travelling 3 hrs north to our new location. At Settlement, I had no hesitation in engaging Jesse and Kate again to perform an Exit Clean of the house. Another beneficial service that is part of their business. I cannot stress enough how important it was to have Jesse and Kate of Select Property Service along with us on this journey for the past 12 months. They were instrumental in providing us with a smooth transition out of the Covid lockdown and into a new chapter in our lives. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Jesse and Kate are genuinely honest and hardworking human beings who completed both works we employed their services for to the highest standard. One job was laying a concrete slab and path the other was installing concrete sleepers for raised garden beds. Once Jesse and Kate had completed laying the slab and path, I knew without a doubt I would ask them to come back and install our raised beds. Jesse and Kate gave constructive advice and completed both works to the highest standard and in a timely manner. Their dedication, precision and honest feedback/advice is why I asked for their help twice and if we have any further works come up we will employ their services again. Jesse done an amazing job putting up our new fence very helpful and nothing was too hard just got the job done and also done a few little extra things that didn't go unnoticed I would highly recommend select property services for your next job. Jamie
