Highly recommend John and his team who recently renovated our very tired 70s pool and garden to a modern resort style space that we have used every day since. It was a hard site as pool as bottom of slanted land so everything had to be taken up and down by hand! John and his team were on time every day, great communication regarding challenges and opportunities and tidied up at the end of each day.

After a poor experience from my previous gardener, John and his team from Spades of Green have been such a contrast. They are talented, highly knowledgeable, always reliable and my garden looks amazing. John listened to me, offered creative ideas for all aspects of the garden - plants, lights, pots and water systems etc - that were specifically suited to my space, and then executed the plan quickly and with a minimum of fuss. His lighting skill is exceptionally good and has added significantly to my garden’s ‘wow’ factor. He had no problems accommodating the needs of my dog (often not popular with gardeners) while still managing to give me a wonderful garden which I love. He is easily contactable, always responds and is friendly and amiable. He also offered maintenance advice which has really helped me and as a result my garden is flourishing. I cannot recommended John and his team more highly.
