Initially, I hesitated about paying the 40% advance before the work began, but after meeting him I felt confident to proceed — and I’m glad I did. The service was completely professional. The work was done on the dates promised, his team was polite, professional, and respectful, and there were no hidden costs or price increases later. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I truly recommend Michael and his business. He is an honest, trustworthy, and magnetic personality who delivers exactly what he promises. I will definitely use his services again in the future.

6 weeks ago discovered old insulation had givin up after 61 yrs. House was Freezing , and I love the Cold, short sleeves in The Black Forest was my Summer. Michael came quoted gave me date Matteo and gang showed up DID THE JOB NO DAMAGE NO MESS NO DRAMAS . I Couldn't believe it THEY DID THE JOB . Almost Baby Boomers Days.
