Dan and his team did a brilliant job at the end of our lease with the real estate. Their communication with both real estate and us was superb. We didn't here any complains from the real estate company after handing over the house back. Their charges were very low compare to the other companies. Boys who came to do the cleaning finished their job with in very short time and they were very helpful. I highly recommend D & S property services to anyone who is looking for end of lease cleaning.

D & S Property Services delivered exceptional service from start to finish. The team arrived on time, were highly professional and respectful of the property, and worked efficiently without cutting corners. They handled a mix of tasks for us, deep cleaning, carpet spot treatment, window washing and routine property maintenance and the results were excellent. Communication beforehand was clear (booking, pricing and timing), the crew cleaned thoroughly and left the place smelling fresh and looking immaculate. We especially appreciated their attention to detail in bathrooms and high-traffic areas, and how they tidied up afterwards. Friendly, reliable and great value and would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing quality cleaning or property maintenance.

I needed an end of lease clean done urgently and D&S were so wonderful. I contacted them on Tuesday with the clean needing to be done Thursday afternoon. They deep cleaned my two bedroom home including the windows (inside and outside). They did a wonderful job. I would not hesitate to use their services again in the future.
