  We’ve been with Bullet Support Solutions for the past 18 months and I honestly can’t speak highly enough of them. We receive community access support and also attend their school holiday program — my child is always so happy and well cared for. The team go above and beyond with their communication. They’ve supported us not just with day-to-day care, but also by suggesting extra opportunities that my child can access through his NDIS plan. It’s clear they genuinely care about the clients they work with. We’re incredibly grateful for everything they do!

Kym and Lachlan have gone above and beyond in their role as our NDIS Support Coordinators, helping us navigate three complex NDIS plans for our children. Their genuine care, clear communication, and dedication have been a lifeline for our family. They not only listen — they act, they advocate, and they truly get it. My children also attend their school holiday programs and absolutely love them! It’s not easy finding programs that are both inclusive and engaging, but Bullet Support Services delivers every time with compassion, structure, and fun. The entire team has been fantastic — warm, professional, and deeply supportive.   I have not personally used this service, however whilst attending the GRAC last week with my 10yr old son he asked me who the ladies were in the black tops which happened to be Bullet Support Services. These ladies were in the pool with some children. When I asked him why he wanted to know his reply was " Because they are really nice ladies and very patient and kind" This coming from a 10yr old boy speaks volumes!. Well done ladies your kindness did not go unnoticed keep up the great work.
