Veetemp Installations

Recently our household had a need to replace, fairly quickly, our ducted gas heating system. Veetemp was recommended and we have been very pleased with their communication and service. Just had Veetemp out to fix a ducted heating problem we had with the repositioning of a return unit in a tiled floor and a new return grille. Ben and his team, Kyle and Sam were fantastic. They did the rather awkward job brilliantly and we are very happy with the result. They arrived when they said they would and the price was very reasonable. Would recommend this company unreservedly.

We had our gas heater replaced by Veetemp in May 2020. I am very happy to recommend them. Their quote was competitive and Dani was very responsive to our questions. The heater was installed on time and is working well.

Our heater died quite suddenly on a Thursday night and Veetemp were amazing in fitting us into a busy winter schedule, getting a new heater installed on the following Tuesday (due to Monday being a public holiday) and dropped over a portable heater for us to borrow in the interim so we could at least take the edge off the chilly start to a Canberra winter. As we needed the ducting replaced as well they did the install in 2 lots so we could get the heating in asap and came back to do the ducting a week later when there was more time in their schedule. Infinitely better than having to wait to do it all at once, i was so grateful for their flexibility in fitting us in. They were simple, no fuss and just got the job done. Couldn't have asked for more. And they didn't inflate the price to offer fake 'discounts'. They just gave me a competitive price straight up. Very happy to recommend and support this small business.

Installation of 2 x skylights and solar exhaust fan. I made an inquiry at their office, had a site visit within 2 weeks, followed by an installation about a week later. Very happy with the price, quality, service and sales follow up. Would definitely recommend.
