I’ve had an excellent experience with PPM and Custom. Anthony has helped me with a wide range of maintenance works at my investment property, including a laundry renovation, gutter cleaning, door replacement, waste removal, repairing a leaking tap, fixing a broken gate, repairing a damaged cabinet, and servicing window locks. The quality of work has been outstanding across the board. Everything was completed to a high standard, and you can tell he takes real pride in what he does. Communication was also fantastic throughout the entire process. Anthony kept me updated at every stage, sent photos and videos of the progress, and provided helpful advice along the way. Highly recommend PPM and Custom for anyone looking for reliable, skilled, and trustworthy property maintenance services. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future!

We’ve used PPM for multiple property maintenance jobs and the service has been consistently excellent. Communication is clear, punctuality is on point, and the quality of work is top-tier. What really stands out is the attention to detail instead of just doing the minimum, they take time to diagnose the issue properly and offer the most cost-effective solution. They also clean up after every job and provide before/after photos, which is extremely helpful for landlords and property managers. Reliable, honest, and professional. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a trustworthy tradesman who takes pride in their work.

PPM & Custom were excellent. They turned up on time, explained the work clearly, and fixed everything with real attention to detail. My door now closes perfectly and the skirting repair is seamless — you genuinely can’t see where the damage was. No mess, no fuss, fair price, and really professional from start to finish. Easy 5 stars and I’d happily use them again.

I’ve had a wonderful experience working with the team at PPM and Custom. My property needed quite a bit of work, and it was such a relief to find a company that could take care of everything, from the big jobs to the smaller fixes and even the gardening outside. Every task was completed with real care, attention to detail, and pride in the result. What stood out most was how friendly and easy the PPM and Custom team were to deal with. Every interaction was positive, and it honestly made the whole process enjoyable from start to finish. It’s rare to find a team that’s not only skilled and reliable but also so genuine in the way they communicate and look after their clients. Compared to other companies I’ve worked with in the past, the difference in quality, service, and attitude has been night and day. A big thank you to everyone at PPM and Custom for their effort and care. It’s been a pleasure working with you, and I couldn’t recommend you highly enough.
