We recently engaged Maintainwell to complete an extensive renovation for our investment apartment in North Melbourne. We live 1500km away, but having Nina manage our project allowed us to feel confident and in control every step of the way- we experienced (almost) daily communication, Nina's design recommendations throughout made the whole renovation a breeze. Our apartment now feels light and bright, modern and looks truly outstanding. The kitchen cabinetry and tiling choice were certainly highlights; the hardwearing hybrid oak flooring and carpets look amazing and are laid beautifully. We had a minor issue with some finishing in the bathroom which was rectified within 24 hours without hiccup. We couldn't be happier with our apartment. Maintainwell.
