My dog basically ate a hole in our deck and we needed it renovated as I didnt maintain the deck. I found Dan’s business online. After 4 quotes (it was a big job), I chose Dan as you could tell he cared about workmanship and was extremely professional. He communicated regularly and openly about the process. Dan’s team were also great people and I would highly recommend using Dan and his team for a reno or other jobs you may have. I love the end result!

I recently had Dan and his team replace my carpet with hybrid flooring in my home and couldn’t be happier with the result. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, and the workmanship was excellent. The flooring looks amazing and has completely transformed the space. Highly recommend Dan and his team!

Dan did a great job making some repairs at my place in St Kilda. There was a damaged tile (first photo) which he was able to have repaired perfectly (second photo), so it looks brand new. Dan also installed doorstop and mirror, and repaired some other work poorly completed by another company. Dan is reliable, prompt and his communication about the issues and suggested fixes was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend Dan and will definitely be using his services again in future.

Dan and his team prepared our property for pre-sale. Admittedly, it needed quite a bit of work, within only a few short weeks. Without Dan, we would not have achieved such a great result come auction day. He project managed the whole job, coordinated numerous trades, he was organised and efficient, and above all really cared about the house, us, and the overall outcome! A great experience!

Dan and his assistant did such a great job hanging my new clothes dryer on the wall, ready for Winter washing. Really calm and professional, on time, quick to respond to texts and calls and managed to do the job sooner than expected despite being so busy! Would not hesitate to recommend Local Project Co, especially as a woman who lives alone. Now I can get all the fiddley jobs done around the place properly! Thanks for such great service.
