Without a doubt Chris from Protocols is the King 👑 of the industry. We use Chris at least yearly for pest control sprays around the home, we never see any bugs coming inside the house. He also manages to keep rodents out of my place which is amazing because we live across from a bushland!! Chris is very friendly and knowledgeable and he knows exactly what he’s doing, and he does the best job. My kids also have come to know and love Chris and if they ever see anything outside they rush to tell me to quickly call Chris 😂 I’m very grateful to have a good pest control contact. You won’t be disappointed in choosing him. 👑

Very happy and satisfied with their service. Professional, honest and reliable. Rang them with our concern about termites spotting, Toni went above and beyond to explain and calm my nerves. On the day, Chris and his team came and explain about termites and did annual pest control. So happy that I found them, will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Chris was great, very professional was able to answer all our questions He made sure he covered all possible floor surfaces and inside the roof Our roof was very difficult but he made it in without an issue and sprayed inside making sure all inside was well protected. Outside was well covered with product Compared to other companies that hold back to save money this was not the case The quality and amount of product used lasted such a long time more than the average pest control which felt like money well worth spent Highly recommend their services will use again

Amazing customer service and responsiveness. Toni kept checking weather reports well in advance and contacting me to postpone the pest appointment due to forecasted rain. Chris and his team were punctual, polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Gave great advice about chemicals used and longer term pest control suggestions. Addressed every concern I had cheerfully. We will definitely be using them every year now.
