  I am very happy with Simon’s work. Scheduling was easy, he responded to SMS even over the weekend, arrived on time. We had a bit of complicate setup of the Billy system due to ceiling height clearance, but he got the job done perfectly. We also asked him to check out some issues with the PAX system installed by our builder, it really shows a real difference between his professionalism and non IKEA builders. Nicely done Simon!

  We hired Simon to install our Ikea Pax wardrobe system and it was worth absolutely every cent. Simon was easy to contact, responsive and prompt and took all of the stress of building our furniture. His work was methodical and neat, and he managed to construct and install 2 large and one narrow Pax wardrobes with multiple draws, doors and lighting (63 individual items) in about 6 hours – I have no doubt that if my partner and I had attempted it ourselves, it would have taken the whole weekend AND our sanity, and nothing would have been level. Instead, everything looks exactly like it should!! He even left all the packaging neatly stacked for easy disposal. Honestly couldn’t have asked for better service, and I wouldn’t hesitate to contact him again for any future ikea builds.

  I highly recommend Simon, a REAL Ikea Expert, who came to our rescue when the Ikea assembly team booked in to help with our assembly and installation bailed on us on Anzac Day, leaving us disappointed and helpless. When we complained to Ikea, they said they can either refund the service charge and we find our own installer or we wait until Tuesday. I made the right decision in calling Simon. He went above and beyond to complete the installation for us across 3 days. He was so easy to communicate with and gave us a reasonable quote. We couldn't be more thankful to his amazing work! If anyone has Ikea furniture that needs assembling, call Simon! Never book assembly with Ikea.

Their communication was clear and consistent, they worked efficiently, and the quality of their finishing is amazing. They were professional, friendly, and genuinely great to chat with throughout the process.
