Paul did a great job fixing my glass sliding door and security. He completed a service on both, replaced rollers and locks. He was prompt, professional and very good to deal with. Thanks.

We do not hesitate to recommend WA Building Services. Excellent service and work from WA Building Services and Lance fixing and updating our Jason aluminium double-hung sash sliders, and replacing aluminium door handles and window seals. Not a job for the faint-hearted. Lance turned up on time, was clean and tidy, and did an excellent job, and the quoting and management office-backup from Paul and Lauren were clear, efficient, and timely.

Glass & Glazing costs & guides

Frequently asked questions

How much do glaziers typically charge?
Glazing costs vary a lot depending on the job type, glass specification, access and the number of panes involved. Simple repairs are typically much less than supply-and-fit work for large or safety-compliant panels. This page shows live pricing for your area to help you compare likely costs.
Do glaziers charge call-out fees?
Call-out fees are common and many glaziers also charge an hourly labour rate, with materials billed separately. After-hours or emergency attendance usually attracts a higher multiplier. Always confirm call-out and after-hours terms when getting quotes.
Do glaziers need a licence in Australia?
Yes. Glaziers are required to hold a contractor or glazing licence in each Australian state and territory. In NSW, licences are managed by NSW Fair Trading (Building Commission NSW). You should ask to see a licence number and appropriate insurance details before hiring.
How do I get a quote from WA Building Services?
WA Building Services lists phone on this profile, so you can contact them directly for pricing and availability. Share a short scope and photos to get a faster quote.
