  We recently had our bathroom windows replaced by Next Gen Creations and we’re very happy with the result. The whole process was smooth from the first consultation to the final installation. The team was professional, on time, and very respectful of our home. The new windows look fantastic, let in much more light, and the quality is excellent. You can really feel the difference in insulation and noise reduction as well. Highly recommend NGC to anyone looking to upgrade their windows — great service, and very reliable.

  Next Gen Creations are fantastic. The entire process was smooth and easy working with these guys. They are very professional and know their stuff. I had a million questions for Ali and he happily answered all of them, even jumped on a video call to try to understand my questions/concerns. I ordered my sliding doors through next gen and had another contractor do the installation while doing some other work. There was a stuff up with the installation and next gen came by to resolve the issue for me. Pro tip, stick to these guys for supply and installation.

  Retrofitted NextGen Creations PVC double glazing units into our 1970s style home. Ali was involved personally from design, drawing up the plans, ordering the windows, and managing the installation team. He also gave personal input into the style of the windows, sizing, even small things like what opening mechanism to use and the syle and finish of our front door. The challenges were many. Windows were higher and larger than average because of our vaulted ceilings, and the openings were not perfectly square due to building movement. However, Ali and his install team did a great job overcoming these problems. There was a small leak and some missing trim post install and Ali himself came over to fix it. Also glad to report, hardly any damage was inflicted on the house and the work crews were pretty careful. Small things like someone accidentally stepping into a floor mounted heating duct, or forgetting to replace a skirting board. This was replaced promptly. Thanks for the great job, it has help a lot with the comfort and enjoyment of our home and your input in design helped a lot in the outcome.

Everything they told me they would deliver , was met - a shout out to Ali , who was a pleasure to deal with. We are extremely happy with the end product and would highly recommend this company !
