Easy quote process, the door was measured and installed really quickly even with the Christmas holidays. It looks great and my puppy is already starting to learn how it works.

We thought getting a dog door in our double-glazed glass door would be problematic. But Glass Ontime were just brilliant. Highly recommend. Fantastic customer service from both Colin and Sally. I’m very happy with the new glass door & doggy door. Colin also noticed the wheels on the sliding door were busted and went out of his way to get the parts and fix it! Amazing! Most importantly my puppy loves his new door.

They turned up as organised, measured, kept us up to date with when the shower glass would be ready and professionally installed it as promised. It looks fantastic. Such a good experience.
