Kosta from GM Glass provided a quote that was much better than others we obtained even though many would not quote as glass panel only needed to be reinstalled rather than replaced. GM glass were less than half the price, arrived on time and very efficient in completing the reinstallation. excellent outcome so a big thankyou to the team there.

Thanks to Kosta and the team at G.M. Glass for their excellent service when replacing my bathroom window. The communication was excellent and the job was completed to a very high standard. On top of this the price was very reasonable too, would definitely use them again in the future.

They've done it again... Being very impressed with these guys the last time I needed a glass panel made to size, I called them again at 1:57pm today asking for another glass panel to be cut to size, but, I really needed it done before they closed up at 4:30. As much as I expected it to be a long shot, that shot just got a whole lot longer when the lovely lady I was talking to on the phone told me that there was no one available to cut the glass as they were all out on jobs. At 2:37pm, a mere 40 minutes later, the glass panel was ready to be picked up. They even waited around for me for an extra 30 minutes or so after the time they needed to leave (which I f only ound out through a text message they sent me after I had already picked up my glass & left).

If you're looking for glazier business with genuine customer service that is truly next level, then you need to get behind these GM Glass, and here's why... I rang these guys just before they closed yesterday (Friday), but the number rang out. Less than 2 minutes later I received a call from a very friendly, helpful lady at GM Glass ✅️ After requesting a particular size laminated glass panel & explaining that I needed it ASAP & why (I was really hoping to be told that I could pick it up on Monday as they are closed on weekends). The lady went to find out how quickly they would be able to do it. ✅️ Her response... Well... In the back of my car is the glass panel that I requested... And it's 11:45am the very next morning (Yes, Saturday morning!!) ✅️✅️ The guy that I dealt with was as friendly and helpful as the lady that I spoke with on the phone yesterday ✅️ A massive THANK YOU for the friendly, helpful & rapid service. I greatly appreciate you helping me on a Saturday ✅️ I apologise for not being able to recall names.
