He attended promptly, carried out a detailed professional assessment using advanced measuring equipment, and clearly explained the cause and scope of the damage in a way that was easy to understand. What truly sets George apart is the support he provided throughout a very difficult Owners Corporation insurance process. I had no prior knowledge of OC rules or how building insurance claims worked, but George took the time to review the documentation, explain my rights, and actively advocate on my behalf. He liaised with the Owners Corporation and insurer, clarified excess responsibility, and provided detailed reports and invoices exactly as required to keep the claim moving. Despite delays and lack of cooperation from the OC, George remained patient, proactive, and incredibly supportive. He pushed for glass manufacturing timelines, prioritised my job, and ensured the replacement was ordered and installed as quickly as possible so the issue was finally resolved. This was not just excellent workmanship, but genuine care, integrity, and professionalism. George did many things he did not have to do, simply to help me through a stressful situation. My dog decided to break my front window trying first thing in the morning today, I called up and fast glass answered straight away with a quote, a time and concern for my puppy too! Steve arrived at my house early and gave service with a great attitude. He worked fast, and precise. The finished product was excellent, especially due to my window frames have seen better days and he had to wrestle with my front garden just to service the window. One of my window glasses on balcony floor cracked and I called First Glass 24/7 for assessment. George has been extremely responsive, thorough and efficient. He is very patient in explaining to me (as a layman) what might cause the crack and what I can expect step by step in fixing the window glass. I highly recommend Fast Glass for commercial glass repairs. We had a car drive into our large (approximately 3x3m) shop window and after getting a number of quotes we decided to go with Fast Glass. George was fantastic to deal with. Great communication, competitive pricing, quality work and was happy to liase with other trades to complete the repairs. The window frame was sitting on a brick wall that was also damaged in the incident so careful planning was required to first remove damaged glass, repair brickwork, and install new frame and glass. Will definitely use Fast Glass in the future for any glass repairs.

We had a very eventful day, as did our dog George when a Turtle Dove this past week decided to fly through our bedroom window and then proceed to fly around exploring our home!
