Glass & Glazing costs & guides

Frequently asked questions

How much do glaziers typically charge?
Glazing costs vary a lot depending on the job type, glass specification, access and the number of panes involved. Simple repairs are typically much less than supply-and-fit work for large or safety-compliant panels. This page shows live pricing for your area to help you compare likely costs.
Do glaziers charge call-out fees?
Call-out fees are common and many glaziers also charge an hourly labour rate, with materials billed separately. After-hours or emergency attendance usually attracts a higher multiplier. Always confirm call-out and after-hours terms when getting quotes.
Do glaziers need a licence in Australia?
Yes. Glaziers are required to hold a contractor or glazing licence in each Australian state and territory. In NSW, licences are managed by NSW Fair Trading (Building Commission NSW). You should ask to see a licence number and appropriate insurance details before hiring.
Does Pro Autoglaze have a verified ABN?
Yes. Pro Autoglaze has completed ABN verification on SureQuote.
How do I get a quote from Pro Autoglaze?
Pro Autoglaze lists phone or through their website on this profile, so you can contact them directly for pricing and availability. Share a short scope and photos to get a faster quote.
