Kym and his father arrived at the designated time. They were professional, polite, respectful. Before they began working, they laid down protective matting so not to scratch the tiles and got on with the job. We need the trolley wheels replaced on the 2 rear sliding doors which they did so quickly. After they were finished, they pointed out that the bottom door rails needed an extremely good cleaning out. They did that as well and said it’s was part of the service… If anyone needs a professional to look at your doors, don’t hesitate to call Kym. My balcony sliding glass door just didn’t slide no more. The fly screen either. The 2 quotes I got for new doors were way too expensive for me to afford. Kym KBD group said he could fix the problem. He came and did as he said he would. Within a couple of hours both the glass sliding door and the fly screen door were sliding as if new. I appreciate the work done especially as the cost to repair the door rather than buy a new one, was more than 10x less expensive. Thank you Kym.

Hands down the best service! From the initial phone call to glass installation - just the best. Very friendly, and importantly transparent and honest with the price.
