Read moreVery happy with my experience using Jim's Glass. The whole process was very professional. I like to do my research before engaging in a trade and I went out and got about 5 quotes to install a pet-door into a glass door here in my new home in Adelaide. Jim's glass provided the cheapest and most detailed quote by far, providing an initial quote over the phone and a follow up via email to confirm what we had spoken about. The process in organising a site measure and the actual installation was easy and the installer, David, was very professional. Upon his first visit to undertake a site measure, he called about 30 minutes before he was scheduled to come and said he was running about 10 minutes late, a simple but professional courtesy that is often neglected by other service providers (glass, or otherwise). The day he installed the glass, he was very professional and overall the customer service was to a high standard - which prompted me to write this review, so that if anyone is looking to have a pet door installed in Adelaide to a high standard, but very reasonable cost, they will consider going through Jim's Glass, Adelaide. Read moreI recently had a dog door fitted by Jim's Glass. The initial inquiry was handled promptly and the person who answered the phone had all the information I needed. The glazier showed up exactly at the appointment time for both the measure and the fitting. Throughout the process they were responsive, friendly and professional. The quality of the fitting and the door itself are exceptional and the pricing was great as well. I can't speak highly enough of the whole experience and I would recommend Jim's Glass to anyone. It was refreshing to deal with a company that provides such a great customer experience as well as the best price.

Both Daniel who measured up for 2 large panes of replacement glass and David who did the install turned up on time and were very friendly and professional and made well informed suggestions. We will DEFINITELY be back to Jim's Glass in the future.

From the minute I spoke with Michael in the office, the service and advice was super professional and helpful. After stepping me through how they could get the job done I had Wayne come out and quote; arrived on time and even called to confirm an hour before. A week later as promised I had 4 really great guys come and install my new shower screen. It looks great and I couldn't be happier. I had 3 quotes from other companies and these guys were the best price! I strongly recommend them.

Read moreOur son broke our back window last Thursday evening and we needed to get it fixed quickly as we have a cat inside and two dogs outside that obviously need to be kept separate from each other - not to mention the dangerous shards of glass that remained! I thought that we would have trouble finding someone to come out so quickly, but was very impressed when our glazier arrived within a few hours of our call the next morning. He was very professional, friendly and quick - the huge back window was fixed within 20 minutes! We would not hesitate to recommend Jim's Glass to our friends and family and will definitely use them again if the need arises.
