So pleased we found MD Designs! They were recommended by friends who gave a glowing review too so we had high expectations which Mel & the team far exceeded! Our windows and sliding doors look amazing, great quality, and the service from Mel Daniela & the team was professional and friendly. Their communication has been outstanding throughout the entire experience. We had been quoted by others who said it was “too hard” and made the whole thing sound completely daunting and difficult. These guys knew exactly what we needed when they arrived to quote and made us feel very confident and clear on our options. During the installation they arrived promptly every single day, worked great as a team to get their work done efficiently and left our home tidy, happily answered questions and addressed any worries we had right away. Can I choose more than 5 stars ? MD Window solutions were amazing. The team were so patient with us as we worked through exactly what we wanted. I thought that was good, but then the team that came to the house were amazing. They went above and beyond, solving a myriad of problems with our old doors along the way. They kept us informed the whole time. The end product is fantastic and we couldn’t be happier.

Mel and Rob were both very professional, polite and made the whole process very easy. The communication from day one was fantastic. I wish I had of replaced our old windows years ago!! I highly recommend them as I can’t fault them at all. Thank you team so much!!
