We had an unusual weather event last November, with large hail breaking 3 small glass panels in my house. After problems with another glass repair company, I found Glass Pro and contacted Lyndon. He was very friendly and professional and explained, that he is booked out for this year and I could get my windows repaired in the 2nd week of the new year and I should send him some pictures through, which I did. After he received the pictures he rang me and told me that the replacement glass is not produced anymore, but he will try to source them. So Christmas and the New Year passed and I called Glass Pro in the 2nd week. Lyndon organised the replacement glass and the following week he arrived and replaced all 3 panels in 40 minutes. He did a great job and the glass panels look fantastic, like they were never replaced. I can only recommend this company, if you have an emergency, they really care and will go out of their way to help you.
