We couldn't be happier with our new pool fence from Paul at Glass Safe. From quoting through to installation everything was perfect. Paul from Glass Safe is amazing! His communication was excellent from start to finish, and he genuinely took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted. I’m a very detail-focused person and had a lot of questions, but Paul was incredibly patient and happy to talk everything through. He was always on time, or even early and on install day, he was again very patient with my requests. He did a stellar job with ease and his attention to detail was fantastic! The glass was installed in no time at all, and I was super impressed with his workmanship. He also had an apprentice with him who was great as well. The frameless glass and gates look incredible! There’s a great range of colours for spigots and accessories, with plenty of options to choose from, and you can clearly tell the product is very high quality. The pricing was very fair and excellent value for money, especially considering Paul’s level of experience and the quality of both the product and workmanship. I’m extremely happy with the end result and the overall experience. Honestly, Paul is the best tradesman I’ve ever worked with. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
