From beginning to end, incredible service! Communication, correspondence, attention to detail, information and workmanship, were all way above expectation. We had to deal with my strata committee - & their conditions & approval times took much longer than the time frame I was originally given, but Damien & his team had no problem working around the difficulties this created. The guys onsite were great too. Punctual, friendly, and more than happy to do the job which other companies had declined. Highly recommend & will always use Glasscraft on any future jobs. I spoke to Damien about replacing a broken panel of a glass balustrade on our 6 year old veranda. He took my details and called back the same day explaining that they could not do the work as the rest of the balustrade was not compliant (he saw photos) with the current BCA - which has changed since the balustrade was first installed. He quoted the relevant sections of the current BCA. He did, however, suggest local Sydney companies that may be able to do the work, providing their company names, as well as suggesting suitable search terms for further research. It's a rare and good thing for a company to go to so much trouble for someone they do not know (I phoned them out of the blue) and for whom they will do no work. Based my experience with Damien today, I have given Glasscraft Glass and Glazing 5 stars.

When I needed two window panes replaced urgently Damien in the office was great communicating with me and promptly scheduled an appointment for Jack to do the job. Jack was punctual, friendly and professional. He did an excellent job replacing the panes and left the room spotless. Jack and Eden from Glasscraft did an excellent job replacing the glass of one of our windows. They worked fast and very clean. Also the communication with the company to get the job scheduled was very easy. I can highly recommend those guys if you need a glass replacement in your home.
