First Class Glass

I recently engaged First Class Glass to install coating on my frameless pool fence. While the final outcome wasn’t exactly what I had originally expected, I want to acknowledge how professionally the situation was handled. Tim was responsive, communicative and took the time to visit in person with a senior glazier to review everything on site. The issue was taken seriously and resolved in a fair and reasonable way, which I appreciated. Customer service and integrity go a long way, and based on that experience I would be happy to recommend First Class Glass.

First class glass was great! With excellent service and communication from Tim, Carrie and the boys that installed! I had a lovely experience and smooth process (except a small delay/reschedule with the initial installation however it was the beginning of the year). They were very accommodating and had to come back after my holidays to finish the rest of the installation where they were prompt to contact me of which I was very grateful! Highly recommend!

Very happy with the complete experience from the comprehensive quote through check/measure to scheduling of installation and final delivery/install of quality shower screens and mirrors. Great shout out to Carrie for scheduling our two shower screens so that we always had one available! Install teams were always on time,did a great job and were very patient with our questions! Will definitely use FCG again!

Excellent outcome for my new glass balustrade, the service was great very professional and all appointments were when they said and on time. Ben and his company were very helpful with a partial renovation where glass pool panels had to come out and then be re-installed re-using existing materials. The office was equally helpful and courteous with my enquiry. The workmen for all appointment times were punctual. The workmanship professional, personnel friendly, leaving everything tidy.
