Brisbane Water Glass

Would highly recommend. My mum contacted them this morning (27.11.25) and spoke to Shereen in the office and explained the situation. She was amazing. Managed to get Brad out there today. Brad did an excellent job. Great communication. We appreciate it so much. They were the best.

From my initial enquiry right through to instal, this company made my whole experience easy and effortless. Brad arrived on time, was very professional, is a great communicator and has excellent skills in design and installation. I am so happy with the result!

Brisbane Water Glass were amazing. We had lots of problems replacing a lock on a window. We took the window to their showroom and someone helped us immediately. It is so refreshing when you find a business with good old fashioned skills and service. We highly recommend them.

I have to say. Absolutely outstanding service. I've had BWG doors installed 7 years ago, recently they had become a bit 'sticky', sent an email asking if they service their doors (Monday), I didn't get a response but when I turned up at the house (Friday) the doors we running like they were new. I hadn't even spoken to anyone. The job was just done. Like a magic genie. Loved it! Thanks you.

Wow... needed a single piece of louvre glass replaced, it's been measured up, cut, and installed within an hour and a half. Brad was lovely to deal with, thank you so much. Will definitely be using these guys again in the future.
