This place was recommended by another window company, as the company we initially contacted wasn't able to do what we wanted, within our time frame. The service we received from Tuggerah Lakes Glass was outstanding, from the first contact. They said they would send someone out (the same day I called), and Greg came within the next hour or so. He went back to the office and I received a quote almost immediately. We hired them, paid an 80% deposit and waited 2 weeks for the job to start. I was told that is the usual lead time from when the deposit is paid, as materials had to be ordered, and the job assigned. Greg came back 2 weeks later (with Justin) to install the 2 indoor windows. They were installed very quickly. We are very happy with the installation. Everyone we dealt with at Tuggerah Lakes Glass were professional and friendly. We would definitely recommend them.

Really great service. Prompt quote to remove bottom rippled glass & replace with toughened plain glass, so I can have them tinted to match the top. Glass fitted the following week which given how close to Christmas it is, was amazing. Kept updated on arrival with name of glazier using modern software. Friendly & professional. Nathan the glazier was great. Really nice guy. Couldn’t be happier. Love the clear views.
