A great experience from the get go. Jono was quick to provide me with a quote and also very patient since we took a couple of months to actually book the job. On the day of, Scott turned up and did a fantastic job on our small courtyard. He worked tirelessly for hours and we appreciate the level of professionalism he displayed! I can’t speak highly enough of Northern Synthetics, especially Scott and Jono. Firstly the quality of the work is out of this world. The customer service provided is second to none. I was a very specific customer with a particular vision. They not only listened and saw this vision, but were flexible enough and understanding when I wanted a change (through no fault of their own) and meant more work (and labour) for them. (Which I apologise for) The end result, I’m speechless. It’s exactly as I envisioned except better. Words can’t describe how happy I am and how thankful I am that I chose Northern Synthetics. I am very happy with the amazing job that Northern Synthetics did in my backyard - grass replacement. I had a stretch of grass that looked messy and scrappy 98% of the time, so they replaced it with a high quality synthetic grass. No more mowing! And, it looks fantastic. The guys were professional and meticulous and spent time ensuring that each step was completed properly. Courtney, who was the one who came out to give me the initial quote, was also a joy to deal with. I thought the price was fair and reasonable for all the work involved and for all the supplies.
