Precision Operators

The crew at Precision Operators gave our backyard a renovation, taking on all facets of the job that we needed. The works consisted of levelling the yard, building a new retaining wall and laying concrete and turf. Sam was quick to provide a quote, and gave a number of suggestions that would both improve our design and save some money. The price was very reasonable, and any changes once work had started were discussed open and honestly with us so we could ensure we stayed within our budget. I’d definitely recommend the guys at Precision Operators, they did a great job and the end result is better than we hoped for!

We contracted Precision Operators to excavate under our house (which is built on posts on a slope) to flatten the area and to build a rock wall in the garden in front of that to create two flat areas. The space under the house was very small with limited space to operate their excavator, but Sam and Simon were great operators and very careful to not get too close to the foundations. They were flexible in adapting the plan as the days passed based on what they found while excavating. As part of the job, they arranged large dolerite boulders into a nice looking wall and staircase and laid top soil and pebbles in the garden to finish it off. The result looks great and we’re really happy with it. Sam and Simon were good communicators throughout the quoting process and while carrying out the work. Highly recommended, thanks a lot!

We hired Precision Operators to remove our old crumbling retaining wall and construct a new one from eco stone blocks. Couldn’t be happier with the work, communication and professionalism from Sam and Jack. They quickly provided a reasonable quote, were flexible about the start date and even finished the work ahead of schedule. The end result is sturdy and looks fantastic. Thanks heaps guys!

Precision Operators built a beautiful fire pit area in our backyard. They first excavated a large area and then built a perfectly round circle with a stone semi-circle seating area that functions also as a retaining wall. Sam and Jack were very friendly, professional and receptive to our ideas. They quoted a very reasonable price and did an excellent job that brought our vision to life. They cleaned up the site when they were finished and even did a few little extra things for us. I would highly recommend them and would be very happy to use their services again.

Firstly, sorry Sam & Jack in my delay in writing this review. I am writing on behalf of my Mum and Dad of whom are extremely happy with the transformation of their front garden. The difference amazing.... Mostly though I would like to thank you for taking time and care with my parents. You never made my mum feel that she was a bother if changes were made, and this was so important to me - you understood, that means a lot in today's world. Also, thank you so much for going the extra mile and doing things for them that were not in their quote - you both went over and beyond to help them.
