I highly recommend Clear It Property. They were extremely helpful in clearing a large house in Hobart. Clear It were able to advise on the best ways to dispose of the house contents, including providing contacts other than themselves where this would ensure house content could be re-used. For the remaining items in the house they worked extremely efficiently and quickly to clear the property, resulting in a lower final cost than anticipated. They were friendly and professional and kept us fully informed of what they were doing at every stage.

We were lucky enough to engage Clear It Property to scope and deliver a complex project in early 2024, which they delivered “ready for market” in a matter of weeks. The works undertaken by Ash and team were top-notch, and their management of their network of trusted subcontractors through quote, acceptance and delivery was faultless. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome; we were in a bind, and Clear It delivered on their “no problem too big” promise. Compassionate, professional and respectful, would recommend to anyone.

Clear it did a driveway job for the crew turned up on time and worked extraordinarily hard and worked long hours in order to save me costs in regard to the hire fee on the heavy machinery required. Ashby and his crew were so responsive to my requests. They were polite and accommodating in every regard. The quality of workmanship and end result was exceptional. The job came in under the amount quoted and the drive looks amazing even better then it was 5 years ago when we first moved in. I have no hesitation in recommending Clear It Property . A huge thankyou to Clear It Property, Sim, Ash and their team. Recently my brother, who lived in a rented house in a small village 90 minutes from Hobart, passed away. I live in Sydney and as his next of kin had the task of having the house cleared ready for it to be relet. We cannot say enough good things about ClearIt Property. When it was time for Mum to downsize and move interstate we needed her five bedroom home cleared out and Mum specifically wanted to ensure as little as possible ended up in landfill.
