I had a problem with the remote control unit of our roller door. The unit the previous owners provided just stopped working. Replacing the batteries didn’t help. I emailed AWGD and explained my situation, and that I couldn’t get to their office due to my working hours. I received an email back asking me details of the door so the correct unit could be provided and that if I provided me card details, they would deliver a new unit to my place of work. The delivery was made today, I came home, programmed the unit, and I now have a roller door again that doesn’t need me to unlock the front door, walk through the house to push the internal button inside the garage, walk out to the car, and drive in. I can’t thank AWGD enough for the excellent and prompt service!
