I booked Twin City Roller Doors based on a recommendation and I'm so glad I did. From the first phone call to the last handshake, this company has been nothing short of exceptional. Going 'above and beyond' is a term that is thrown around easily, but they absolutely did. From Zade's ease of communication and transparency in the sales department, to the professionalism of Emma and others in the reception and finance team, to Dwayne's craftmanship and friendly demeanour, and to management being involved, I've been blown away by this company. The team suggested tweaks and small changes during the installation process until they and I were assured the completed product was perfect with no changes to the original quote. I actually decided to wait a few years for this review on the installation of a pretty large roller door on my shed. Initially the young bloke that started to install it was given some misinformation but he quickly sorted everything out and the door was done and everything was good! Then just recently I decided to get Twin Cities to come and service the door and a different young fella came and did a top job and put my mind at ease with a couple of concerns I had. Overall well done. 👍
