Instyle Flooring

Our WA Blackbutt flooring was in need of a re-sand and coating. Brendan from Instyle Flooring was recommended by a reputable Builder who had refurbished a neighbour's house. My wife and I couldn't be more happy with Brendan's communication, reasonable cost, attention to detail and the end result. We would have no hesitation in recommending Brendan to our family and friends. We also got rather attached to Bella, Brendan's cute little dog.

WOW. Can’t rate Brendan from InStyle Flooring highly enough. We are doing a kitchen Reno and our 15 year old blackbutt solid flooring needed to have some boards added underneath old cabinetry which was being removed and all the floors sanded to bring back to its natural colour instead of the orange shades. We can’t see the repair to the boards and the finish is superb, better than I remembered. Very professional, clean worker always on time and very friendly. Would recommend in a heartbeat. Brendan recently sanded back and polished our jarrah veneer floors. We were worried we had left it too late to repair them, as they hadn't been done for 30 years and were badly worn and even lifting in places. He painstakingly repaired, glued and sanded the bad bits and the overall result was spectacular - they look as good as new. Lovely to deal with, turns up when he says he will, and takes real pride in his work.

Brendan recently sanded and polished the original jarrah floor boards on our 100 year old character home in North Perth that we are currently restoring. The floors turned out absolutely beautiful and we are extremely happy with Brendans workmanship. Brendan is a true craftsman with incredible eye for detail that takes absolute pride in his work. We have recieved so many compliments on our floor since it has been finished.It has been an absolute pleasure to have Brendan work on our house. He is a lovely guy as well who is happy to chat and answer any questions. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I originally had Brendan from InStyle Flooring in to renovate my kitchen floor during kitchen renovations. I was so impressed with the work and beautiful finish, I got him back to do the three bedrooms and hallway that you see in the photos.
