Lawrence completed the internal floor coating, garage floor, outdoor areas, and the full court coating including painting and precise line marking — and the results are absolutely fantastic. The indoor concrete finish looks smooth, modern, and beautifully sealed. The garage floor coating is flawless and durable, and the outdoor areas have been transformed with a clean, high-quality finish. The court coating is especially impressive — vibrant colour, even texture, non-slip surface, and perfectly marked lines. It completely elevated the look of our backyard. Professional, efficient, and extremely detail-oriented from start to finish. You can tell he takes pride in his workmanship. Everything was completed to a very high standard. This is the 2nd time we've engaged Lawrence to do some work for us. We had our garage floor transformed and today we had our ugly tiles removed and replaced with this beautiful iCoat. I recently had my garage refurbed as it was impossible to keep clean, tired and frankly depressing. I engaged iCoat WA to turn the floor into something better than a grim, grey, stained bit of concrete. Well, right from the start Lawrence was on song – courteous, professional and always helpful. I chose the Yabbie Creek design and it looks amazing. Lawrence was onsite very bright and early on a day that promised – and delivered! – rain for most of the day. He worked through till after dark and when he left the place was spotlessly clean and tidy – as promised on the website. Now that the refurb is finally done, I can say that it looks more like a room than a garage.!Thank you iCoat, and especially thank you Lawrence!

I can definitely recommend Paul and the iCoat floor coating system. It has transformed my garage into an area I'm very proud to show off. My wife and I are looking forward to using it in the future as an entertaining area and an extra space for the family to hang out. The finish is superb. The process of making it all happen was dead simple and I found Paul to be prompt, reliable and polite.

Where were also on a tight time frame which the guys were able to achieve for us.
