We had water-damaged flooring that had also faded over time, so matching it was always going to be a challenge. Jhoan from Floorit did a fantastic job — the new parquetry blends beautifully with our existing floorboards. Gavin and Roxy were great to communicate with throughout the process. We did a renovation a little while ago but unfortunately had a couple boards start to splinter, manufacturer tried to patch but ultimately we needed to replace. Boards were direct stuck on our slab so I was hesitant and had some concerns. I had Roxy from FLOORIT contact me and from the get go she sounded so polite and gave me confidence in that they do these kind of repairs often. On the day of the repairs the floorit team arrived and they were so courteous and professional, they did these job in half a day and cleaned up and gave me some advice before leaving, couldn’t ask for more. Job quality exceeded my expectations Honestly hands down the best trades we have dealt with throughout our whole renovations. If you are like me and have concern then do yourself a favor and contact this company. My only regret is I didn’t know about floorit before we installed our floors, otherwise they would have been our number 1 choice to install our floors. Thank you Roxy and team, great job.

Watching Gavin laying floors and installing our skirting is watching a perfectionist and artist mixed into one ending in an amazing result. I can see why they win so many awards! The Floorit team are all friendly and do such a great job. The plastering on our walls seems to have been done super poorly but Gavin didn’t skip any corners. With all the levelling and then vacuuming done before laying, i think under the hybrid floating floor boards are going to alway be cleaner than on my floor! Thanks so much!

Floorit has just completed our new timber floor and their meticulous attention to detail is the best we've seen in 30 years. Gavin was such a perfectionist and our building site supervisor said his floor preparation was the best he's ever seen. You can just tell they're a cut above by standing back and looking at an awesome floor. Thanks again for being so perfect at such a reasonable price.

Thanks to Gavin and the team for laying our floors throughout the house in time for us to move in for Christmas. The workmanship was faultless with precision mitering of the skirting boards - we cannot recommend highly enough.
