We have just had our garage floor completed today by Urban Concrete Floors. Basil came out promptly to meet with us and give us a quote and then we went to their showroom to confirm a color after looking at bigger samples where we met with Amy who was extremely helpful. Our job was done by Braden, Rob and Jack all very professional and they all took so much care with our job, it was a pleasure to have these quality tradesmen on site. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Thank you so very much.

It has been a pure delight working with UCF on a few projects over the last year. The team at UCF are not just concrete gurus but also artists. Photo 1: This is their Polished Pewter product they did for our 3 townhouse development. Photo 2: We already had an unfinished exposed aggregate concrete floor that unfortunately we never sealed. So in comes Microcemento! This leveled out the entire house floor and looks amazing. Photo 3: Urban Stone, their magical garage flooring system. The products look great, are easy to clean and maintain, and their expertise is second to none. However it does not finish there...the customer service and ability to work with clients has been a beautifully refreshing experience on each of these projects. Very highly recommend.

The floor and spoon drain at the front of my 35 year old garage was looking quite shabby. The Team from Urban Floors came out and advised on repairs and filling that needed to be done. From inspection to works being completed was less than two weeks. I felt comfortable with the staff and was happy to leave house keys on both days, due to prior family commitments, to allow work to be completed. Thanks guys for a great job. Car and owner are very happy with the end result.

I called Urban floors to epoxy our 4 car basement with a turning circle. They came out promptly to inspect and advise what would work best and soon after came to do the job. After thoroughly investigating the market for epoxy floors I believe Urban floors to be the best in the business and the final result was nothing less than amazing. Everyone comments on it. Their warranty 15 years is second to none and I can’t recommend them high enough. Their after sales service and availability is to be commended.

Exceptional Business, Product & Service. Can't recommend the team at Urban Concrete Floors highly enough. After 2 other companies failed to follow through after quoting and then another 2 not even responding to my emails, I finally found Urban Stone, (thankfully). The reviews looked great so I sent through an email for a quote and received an estimate within a couple of hours. Amy called the next day to go over some of my questions. I was booked in for a site visit with Basil 2 days later to measure up and choose a surface colour. Basil arrived on time, and answered all my questions and concerns as well as going over the process and what to expect. After speaking with other companies it was very clear straight away that Basil really understood the product and that I could achieve the result that I wanted. (others told me I couldn’t have the saw cuts covered to produce a seamless surface) Within a few days I was booked in. Liam and Jack were amazing. On time, professional, polite, and very respectful of me and my property. Their attention to detail was evident in every step, with nothing overlooked or rushed. It’s rare and inspiring to find trades who take such pride in their work, ensuring that the end result wasn’t just done well- it was flawless. What they have delivered isn’t just a completed garage floor resurface, but a work of art. The boys exceeded my expectations and the finish as you can hopefully see in the photo’s is exceptional.
