Matt is polite, helpful and a good communicator. I really wanted a similar colour garage floor to my driveway, and Matt was able to match it in the showroom. The floor was done on schedule and looks great. The painters tidied as they went and there was no mess left lying around. There have been many compliments in the 2 weeks since it was completed. After spending a lot of time researching epoxy flooring companies, I identified three providers with only 4- and 5-star reviews and a large number of total reviews. Many other companies offer similar services, but their mixed reviews made me hesitant. One of my biggest concerns was the internal porch in our garage—I had read reviews from customers of other companies who had ended up with gaps under steps in their garages, so I wanted to ensure the job would be done properly. I obtained quotes from all three shortlisted companies and ultimately chose Remedy Floors. Their price was mid-range—not the cheapest—but what stood out to me was their website, the clarity of information provided, and their excellent communication. I had a lot of questions, and they answered everything promptly and professionally. We couldn’t be happier with the result! Arman, who worked on our garage, was incredibly professional, polite, and attentive to detail. He did a fantastic job, and we were kept informed throughout the entire process, with constant updates on the next steps. The experience was smooth from start to finish, and our garage floor looks amazing after two days of work (you have to wait a couple days before you can walk on the new surface or a bit longer if you need to move your stuff back into garage).
