Danyal did a fantastic job on our fence. Also levelled the land beautifully with sleepers. Very professional job and was the most competitive on price.

Danyal replied promptly to my query providing an honest quote and even low to high range that I would find out there and then his own price, which was very reasonable. After calling around other companies, I did find that his information was accurate. He assisted us with a pool compliance issue and was indeed very helpful and professional. Would definitely recommend.

Daniel did a great job with getting rid of our old wired fence and putting up a colour matched new fence. He was excellent in his communication and accurate with his work. Our fence gate was also broken, and he sourced more material and fixed that for us, for free! I cannot recommend him enough. Thanks for the great work.

Very happy to recommend Danyal and Number-One fencing for your fencing needs. Danyal communicates clearly and the workmanship and his professional attitude makes it so easy. We had a colorbond extension added and then decided to include some gates and later a fence to enclose the bin area. We highly recommend Danyal for any of your fencing needs.

Frequently asked questions

How much do fencers typically charge?
Fencing costs vary considerably depending on fence type, length, materials, site conditions and whether existing fencing must be removed. Simple repairs or short runs of standard post-and-paling or Colourbond typically cost less than full replacements or jobs on difficult ground. The page shows live pricing for common fencing jobs, and quotes usually include a call-out fee plus labour and materials, with after-hours work attracting higher rates.
Do fencers charge call-out fees?
Many fencers charge a call-out fee to attend and assess the job, particularly for small or diagnostic visits. This fee is generally separate from hourly labour and materials and may be credited against the job total. Confirm whether a call-out fee applies when you request a quote.
When do fencers need a licence?
Fencing work may require registration or a contractor licence in some states and territories; requirements vary by jurisdiction. Jobs that affect safety or involve pool fencing, structural posts or significant replacement work are examples that may trigger registration. Where applicable, look for a valid state contractor licence, ABN with GST, current public liability insurance, industry association membership (for example FIAA) and a White Card.
How do I get a quote from Number-one fencing?
Number-one fencing lists phone or through their website on this profile, so you can contact them directly for pricing and availability. Share a short scope and photos to get a faster quote.
