If I could give 10 stars I would. From Arthur's initial visit to quote the spraying of my colourbond fences, right through to completion of the job, I could not find fault. Each step of the procedure was fully explained prior so I knew what to expect. Arthur and Nicholas are a great team who compliment each other in how they work together like a well oiled machine. I found them both very professional, productive, respectful and focussed yet extremely friendly and down to earth. By the time the job was completed, they felt like family. Arthur is a perfectionist so rest assured he and Nicholas will provide seamless, cohesive, quality work with absolutely no shortcuts taken. I was astounded at how they transformed my tired, ugly, worn out back and side fences into a work of art. Forget the rest, Colourgroup are the best !

You haven't experienced professionalism or customer service until you've worked with Arthur at the Colour Group. A family run business that cares about its reputation as if it were personal, because it is. Their neighbour management service epitomises the ethos of Arthur and his son - they knocked on the door of all neighbouring houses, explained that they were going to paint the boundary fences, outlined when they were going to do it, gave out their contact details should the neighbours have any questions or experience any issues - in Arthur's view, they're responsible for the job so they're responsible for making sure all impacted are happy with the outcome. We were more than happy with the outcome: the quality of their workmanship, attention to detail and communication throughout the process was 5 star. From quoting the job, to completion of cleaning our driveway and repainting our colourbond fence we couldn't fault the service we received.
