Today I had a new fan installed in the bedroom. Matt and his apprentice, Luke, were brilliant. The old fan had not been well installed so there was preparation to be completed before the fan could be installed, Cover sheets were used to protect the bed, and everything was explained as they worked. Both men are professional, intelligent and pleasant and very careful when moving extension ladders and other bits and pieces around the room. The new fan has a remote with multiple options. Later in the day Matt called in to check that I was satisfied and he checked that I could manipulate the remote.
