Needed an air conditioning installation to be done on the internal wall of a bedroom in inner city Melbourne. Luke replied to my messages during Christmas and came out to quote, while Aaron and Adam did the installation. It was great communication from start to finish. Lauren kept me aware of the time of arrival, their punctuality, letting me know how long the job would take, clear invoicing with services laid out, and upfront pricing with no surprise fees. Aaron and Adam were both mindful that there was a baby napping, and were mindful to keep the noises down where they could. Really thankful for this! They also cleaned up after themselves when the job was done, and left the room as clean as when they originally came. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them if you need an aircon installation. For my other electricity needs, I'll be turning to them as the first point of call moving forward! Very happy.

Luke was the only installer from my shortlist who actually came to my house to speak in person about my solar requirements. LPS don’t just do solar, they are fully qualified electricians. We wanted a bigger and higher quality system than the average household to cater for our current energy needs and future battery/EV upgrades. Luke was very helpful on the options and the design for our house. His team was always on time and friendly. The quote was competitive, noting that we weren’t looking for the cheapest option. We settled on REC Alpha Pure R panels and two 5kW Fronius inverters, basically two systems in one, totalling 10.92 kW. As a bonus, Luke has the REC installers certificate which gets the 25-year warranty. We had some teething issues on the setup, but these were fixed promptly and at no extra cost. I definitely would recommend LPS for your solar install, because you know you have a fully qualified electrician.
