Matt and his colleague came around to have a look at 4 of our ceiling fans that were barely operating when put on 1 and when the fans were put on 3, it was like the fans were going to come off the ceiling. Matt and his colleague assessed our ceiling fans then went ahead and replaced all 4 ceiling fans. The new fans installed by Matt and his colleague are perfect. All fans run perfectly on numbers 1,2 and 3. Feels perfect having it on in our townhouse. Matt and his colleague done a fantastic job. Got the job done in just under 45 minutes. They were friendly, made sure they did not create a mess and took the old ceiling fans with them. Kudo’s to Matt and his colleague for providing great service and for being efficient. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

By recommendation I chose Northlakes Electricial to install 2 downlights, 1 outside light and 3 fans with lights. Isaac & Kora came to do the job Thursday. They arrived on time and we discussed the job where everything was going. Prior to the installation process for the fans, Isaac advised me that the fans I had didn't have a light in them. 😳 I contacted the store where I purchased them and explained that the sales assistance had given me the wrong product. (The boxs look the same) The lads continued to do the remaining jobs while I took the fans back to the shop to get the correct fans. Understandably, they couldn't wait for me as they had other jobs to go to. When I returned home they had left, the 2 down lights and 1 outside light jobs had been completed to my total satisfaction and they had left no mess 😇 I spoke to the office, they were aware of what had transpired and arranged for an Electrician to come the next day to complete the job.🙏 Russell arrived on time Friday morning and we once again discussed the job. He was aware of had happened and was empathetic to my distress of the previous day. 😇 He completed the job, set up the remote controllers for all 3 fans and explained how they worked. While he was at my house I explained that I was having my bathroom renovated next month and asked for his advice and opinion on various products that I had purchased. His advice was invaluable and due to this I have since booked Northlakes Electricial to do the Electricial work. Once again he cleaned up the areas he work in and bogged a wall where a previous fan controller had been and before he left, he gave me a " Thank you gift". A very thoughtful and practical gift, both have been used. 😊 I can not recommend this company highly enough, from the original quote process to the completion of the job they are consumate professionals.

North Lakes Electrical installed modern style chandelier pendant lights to the bedrooms and the trio pictured to the main lounge. Plus upgraded my smoke detectors throughout the house. Friendly, informative and professional electricians whom l can recommend for all your electrical needs.

I had Matt come by to install an EV charger. He was very personable and knowledgeable! He also helped to install a smoke alarm and interlocked all of the other alarms and was able to spot a faulty alarm that wasn’t working and brought it to my attention. Can’t recommend enough!

From initial enquiry to electrician coming out booking could not be easier. Great advice to purchase fan to save on call out fee was great. Isaac was extremely polite from introduction to getting job done. Offered to carry fan upstairs and even took it downstairs when not required, explaining fault and showing me switch movement - fan would only operate on 3 speed, now is operating beautifully.
