Steve and the team at Pyramid Power installed our stand alone power system in 1993 and it was excellent, never giving us any trouble. When the system was destroyed in the 1998 Reedy Swamp-Tathra Bushfire we had no hesitation in asking Pyramid Power to install the new system through our insurance payout. The new system was so efficient we then bought an electric car to store the extra electricity we were generating. Over the last thirty years we have always trusted Pyramid Power because of their experience, friendly service and ethics.

Pyramid Power Group installed a solar system at our residential property some years ago. They took the time to talk to us and design a system that was suitable for our requirements. We have never had a problem with the system and could not ask for better service from the first phone call. Always easy to communicate with and we have had no problems with the system. Pyramid Power installed a 6.6KW roof top solar system and a Solax induction hot water system, at my property 4 years ago, in 2020. I recommend this company and their services very strongly. From the beginning of the process when the system was explained (in simple detail), to the scheduling and final installation there was a professional attitude that made me very comfortable with the whole process. Additionally, they will now undertake a check of the system, to ensure cables etc are working adequately to maintain my system; giving me a huge reduction in electricity costs and my happiness that I've reduced my fossil fuel use. PP electricians have recently connected my water pump battery to my system, so that I have the assurance that my roof top sprinkler system will always be ready to go, in the event of bushfire, here at Pambula Beach. Very happy with the off-grid solution provided by Pyramid Power. Stephen correctly assessed our requirements and offered an acceptable solution for our remote situation. Shane, Finn and Lachie did the bulk of the installation in one day and Shane returned the next to complete the job. It has performed flawlessly since.

We have had four solar systems installed by Pyramid Power at our house sheds and accomodation. They are excellent people and their trade skills are great. The best feature however is the after sales service.
