From the initial contact, detailed quote and explanation, confirming the day of attendance and then messages saying when they will arrive, to arriving on time and completing the job with a pleasant attitude and informing me of any changes in the work with a down to earth explanation. Dave and co are the best I have seen. I am so happy with the work and professionalism they provided and cannot recommend them enough.

I cannot recommend Prestige Electrical and Data highly enough. Dave and his apprentice, Byron, recently replaced my double oven and performed a complimentary smoke alarm check, and the entire experience was flawless. Their website is a benchmark for how service businesses should operate—comprehensive, clear, and incredibly easy to use. Booking was simple, and when I had to unexpectedly reschedule, the system made it a breeze. The communication was excellent; I received concise text confirmations and an "on the way" alert, so I was never left guessing. What truly set them apart was their respect for my property. They arrived exactly on time and used mats and towels to ensure no dirt was tracked inside. To my uttter delight, they even vacuumed the area once the job was finished, which hasn't happened with other tradies I've had in the home. Dave is a true professional. He walked me through the new oven's features and clearly explained some non-compliances he found in my electrical switchboard setup. He did this in plain English without any pressure or a "sales pitch" for future work—just honest, expert advice. It was great to hear Dave training Byron with such care and diligence. He provided well-supervised, hands-on opportunities for the apprentice, which speaks volumes about the culture of the business. The pricing was very reasonable for the level of service provided. I’ve found my "forever" electricians and won't be looking elsewhere.

He worked in a cramped and uncomfortable location but was amazing and professional. Highly recommend Dave for all electical work especially caravans.
